What is the Adidas Return Policy? 

• If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas.com order, they offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply. 

• Bad Bunny Puerto Rico products are final sale and, therefore, may not be returned or exchanged. 

• Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable.

• Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

• Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons.

• Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via the online returns portal within seven days of the delivery date. 

Can you ship internationally?

They currently do not ship from their adidas.com/us site or adidas confirmed app site to anywhere outside of the continental US. However, they do accept payment and billing from other countries. Check out their full list of Accepted Billing Countries.

Can I enjoy Free Shipping at Adidas?

Yes.

• They offer free shipping through FedEx to all adiClub members. Join today! The cost for non-members is $4.99 for orders under $49. Packages generally ship within 4-6 business days.

• Standard shipping is 3-5 days plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.

• Standard shipping of Personalized product is 3-5 days plus 2-6 days for processing.
• Most product orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST on business days, Monday thru Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Product orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 pm (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. 

How do I become a member of the adiClub?

• It' s free to join. Simply sign up by downloading the adidas app and completing your adiClub profile. You can also sign up on adidas.com/US, in all adidas stores in [US], or on both adidas Runtastic apps: adidas Running by Runtastic and adidas Training by Runtastic.

• You can join without downloading the adidas app, but to get the full experience, usage through the adidas app is preferred. Without the adidas app, you won’t be able to add points when making a purchase in store, and access to certain rewards will be restricted.

How do I use my promotion code?

With a promotion code, you're able to get a discount when you purchase products through their online store.  Here's how to claim your discount:

• Pick a product (one that's applicable for a promotion code discount) from their online store.

• Go to your shopping bag by clicking the 'Check out' button at the top of the screen.

• Click ‘Enter promo code’ under your order summary
