My booking starts at 11 AM on 7th December and it has a 24-hour cancellation policy. What is the last time that I can cancel it?
You should cancel your booking any time before 24 hours from the start time of the booking. For example: if your booking is for 11 AM on 7th December kindly cancel it by 10:30 AM on 6th December or before that.
How much is the cost of cancellation/reschedule if the booking is within the policy?
They provide free cancellation for all their experiences if they fall within the policy. There can be a small fee charged to reschedule a booking, the information regarding the same will be mentioned under ‘cancellation policy’.
How can I know if an additional fee will be charged to a booking?
You are requested to check with your bank in advance if they will charge a fee by providing them with the city you will be booking a reservation in.
What payments do they accept?
Headout accepts all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and JCB. You can also pay using Apple Pay on the Headout IOS app.
Is the convenience fee mentioned in the receipt email?
For experiences that include a convenience fee which is a sum-up of the cost of doing business online, the amount will be separately mentioned at the checkout page while making the reservation and in the receipt email sent. In case it was not mentioned separately, it will be mentioned in the product inclusions on the experience page. If you want a breakdown of the same kindly send them an email to [email protected] and they will send you a formal receipt within 24 hours.
How do I pay extra/get a refund for the difference?
Special payment link: If the other experience costs more a special payment link will be sent to pay the difference amount. Once the amount is received, new tickets will be sent.
Coupon code/Headout credits: they can refund for the current reservation in the form of coupon code/Headout credits that can be used to book the other experience on the website according to your convenience.
