What is their return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Three Dots online store, they are happy to accept returns for refunds within 30 days of your order. Product must be in original condition with all labels attached. You may also request a replacement of the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability) as long as the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. All items marked Final Sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or online credit, and cannot be exchanged for a different size, color or style. If you have any questions about size, fit or fabric, please contact customer service before placing an order. Your refund will be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed. Credit card refunds will appear on one statement.
What is their shipping policy?
They are happy to offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50! They calculate shipping at checkout. Most orders will ship within a day of ordering (they don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). However, some orders take 24-48 hours to process and ship within 8-14 business days. In order to deliver your order to you, they have partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the seller for all orders under ￡135 to the UK and orders of €150 and under to the EU.
Does Three Dots support international returns?
For international returns, unfortunately, they do not provide return labels. Please use an insured postal carrier to return items. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice with the package. The return label in their online returns portal is only for shipping within the US, international customers are responsible for return shipping.
