Does Attitude Living offer Free Return? What are Returns & Exchange Policy?
NO.
For reasons of hygiene, safety and to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing additional packaging and transportation, they do not accept returns or exchanges. Please also note that we do not offer compensation for errors or dissatisfaction.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items.

How soon will my delivery arrive?
Due to warehouse safety precautions, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order date. Orders are only process and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding all Canadian holidays.
ATTITUDE shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you.
All orders placed via their Site will be shipped by FedEx from their distribution centre located in the Montreal area, province of Québec, Canada.
How do I track my order?
You will find the tracking number for your order on the shipping confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order is shipped.You can also sign in to your account and view all your orders.
By clicking on the order you are interested in tracking, you will then be redirected to a new page where you will have access to the tracking number (it will be displayed at the top of the page). Our orders are shipped with FedEx.
