What is their shipping policy?

• Austad's golf online orders will be shipped via UPS.

• Overnight shipments will arrive on the next working day (except weekends and holidays) after leaving the ostad golf course. The two-day airlift arrived two working days after leaving the ostad golf course. Their preferred carrier guarantees on-time delivery in both ways. Transportation delays may occur during busy holidays or spring - they will do their best to meet the last minute and fast orders issued within these times.

• Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after placing an order online, but due to the increase in quantity and complexity caused by covid-19, your order may take up to 4 days to process. Orders must be placed before 12 p.m. (CST) from Monday to Friday to qualify for overnight or 2-day delivery. Residential delivery orders on Sunday or Monday will not be delivered before Tuesday, while business delivery orders on weekends will not be delivered before Monday. 

• PO box orders are not applicable to their preferred carrier. Domestic freight is applicable to orders shipped in 48 adjacent states. Their online shopping system will automatically apply the freight according to your order amount and the selected method, allowing you to view the total cost of the order before submitting the order and obtaining the order number.

What is their return policy?

• Austad's golf will exchange or return the goods purchased through their retail stores or websites in the new unused state within 30 days after receiving the products, and attach the original sales receipt *.

• The original sales receipt can be any Austad Golf store registration receipt, delivery invoice or Internet screen printout, which meets the conditions of "original sales receipt". The exchange receipt does not meet the conditions of the original sales receipt Store credit cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All orders can be returned at any golf store in Austad or shipped back to their headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. All return freight must be prepaid (cash on delivery is not acceptable). All shortage claims must be filed within 10 days after receiving the product. All store returns must be verified by a valid and valid driver's license, state identification, or other approved identification provided by a government entity.
