Do I need to pay for Customs Duties for International Orders?
Yes. Shipments from all of their warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that according to customs regulations, Girlsdaydream cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
Girlsdaydream is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, custom product need to be processed and shipped within 7-12 days.

What are the conditions for returns and exchange?
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
What are the non-refundable items?
Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Personalized items with “engravings” , such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. Azbro will charge a 25% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Who will be responsible for the return shipping fees?
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to their reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please Note: Return or Exchange shipping fee are born by customer and they will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.
Customer received the wrong item. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
