What if I not satisfied with my order?

Their 14-day return policy applies to most items in their store. To return an item, it must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#). Because breast pumps and breast pump accessories are personal, single-user items (registered with the FDA), they cannot be returned to The Baby's Den, and all sales are final. Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer, not The Baby's Den, for repair or replacement.

What is their shipping policy?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Their standard shipping methods are FedEx and USPS Postal Service. Depending on your location and which fulfillment center your order is shipped from, it may take 1-6 business days in transit after your order is shipped. The Baby's Den (www.babysden.com) offers free shipping on any order shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO or Puerto Rico.

Do I need a signature for receipt?

If your order contains items of high value, or items that cannot be hidden upon delivery, they may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that you are the one who actually received the item and that there is no theft involved. You may request to waive this signature option at your discretion. However, if the order requires a signed waiver, Babys Den will release all responsibility for the order once the order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Babys Den will consider this order complete and any loss or theft of the order must be handed over to the carrier by the customer. Babys Den is not responsible for any claims once an item has been marked as delivered and the customer has waived the signature option.
