What is the international shipping policy?

What are the conditions for returns?
A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Baby Tula prior to sending the item(s) back.
Any package returned without a valid Return Material Authorization issued by Baby Tula clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused.
Returns must be returned prepaid; they cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Any item that has been used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for any return or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
How long does it take to process my return?
