What is their return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to them for an exchange or a full refund before unpacking the product. Items must be received within 14 business days. Returned items must be unopened or undamaged from the original packaging. They do not accept returns that have been opened, damaged or altered in any way. They do not accept returned items that you return directly without confirming with them first. You are responsible for return shipping.

How do I change or cancel my order?

They know how important your order is, so their goal is to get it done as quickly as possible. Note that they can help you modify your order before shipping. It includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. While they can't cancel or change an order after it's shipped, you're welcome to return the item to them based on their return.

I placed an order two weeks ago and then realized I had received several emails and missed calls from BEAColor, what happened?

If they need to verify your order or need to contact you about your order, they will email you further instructions. If they are unable to reach you after 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your original payment method will be charged to the full amount of your order (minus any discount applied when placing the order). If you used a coupon on your order, a new coupon will be issued for this part of your payment. Helpful Tip: If you hear from BEAColor, please contact them as soon as possible to avoid cancellation of your order.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If your item is damaged in transit, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting a refund, be prepared to provide customer service with a diagram that clearly shows the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide your courier's "Proof of Damage" document.
