Do they offer international delivery?

• They currently ship throughout the continental United States. However, they have many international customers whom heard about them or found their great deals online. 

• They will work with your selected freight forwarder and will deliver your order to them at no charge!

What’s their shipping information?

• Due to the high cost of fuel and, therefore shipping rates, they cannot accept furniture orders for less than $999 from any single furniture brand.  

• They do not ship furniture items via UPS or FedEx Freight due to high damage rates for furniture items shipped this way.  Most non-furniture items such as accessories, rugs and other small, well-packaged items are available for UPS or FedEx shipment.

• Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If your product has any damage please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign at delivery and call them within 24 hours.

Why do they have low price?

• Their prices are low because they leverage their direct relationships with manufacturers to pass the greatest value to you, their customer. 

• They do not sell used furniture: all their products are brand new, direct from the manufacturer or from their warehouses.

Can I cancel my order?

• After placing an order, you can cancel at no charge if they have not met their delivery deadline and you have not received any of the items. This is not applicable for items which are partially delivered on your order.

• Once an order is placed, they immediately submit the order directly to their manufacturer's warehouse, ensuring it’s shipped to you as quickly as possible.

• Special orders, orders that are being held in their warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer, layaway, and financing orders cannot be cancelled.
