How about the freight?
Orders are usually shipped the next business day, cleared and paid! BGASC currently ships Monday through Friday to addresses within the United States *. Their preferred safe shipping carrier is the U.S. Postal Service, either by first class mail or priority mail, depending on value and weight. However, they may choose to ship monster boxes and a limited number of other items either UPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping address.
What are the terms of payment?
BGASC requires that all payments be made through PayPal, credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers or paper checks.
What is the return policy?
They want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so they offer all retail customers a refund, return and/or exchange policy on all items, including gold, silver and certified coins, unless otherwise stated on the individual product details page. This right is limited to three (3) days from the date customer receives its goods. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For returns, you must carefully pack the product and be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items worth $500 or more must be returned with a signature on delivery. BGASC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. They charge a 5% re-entry fee for all returned credit card or PayPal orders.
