Are shipping charges included in the price of my purchase?
Yes, their prices include shipping to U.S. continental destinations. However, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires a rate check. Please contact them for any special shipping needs.
Please note: Free Shipping does not apply to their Commercial Bounce Houses. If you would like to request a shipping estimate for their Commercial Bounce Houses, please reach out to our customer service representatives at 1-866-528-5222.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
After UPS picks up your order from their warehouse, they will email you the same day to let you know your order has been shipped.
UPS’s Quantum ViewSM shipping system will also send you an email with your UPS tracking number by the end of that same day.
To track your UPS shipment (tracking numbers begin with “1Z”), call 1-800-782-7892 or visit www.ups.com. Contact them if you do not receive an email confirmation.

What is the estimated shipping and transit time?
Orders will be shipped out the same day if order is placed by 12.00pm CST.
Shipping to the West Coast takes approximately 3 business days, Midwest 1-2 business days, South 2-3 business days, and East Coast 2-3 business days.

How to qualify my return?
Unopen package– can be returned for full refund within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Opened package, with no manufacturing defects – Once their item has been inflated, they can no longer sell it as new.
Manufacturing defect found on bounce house (body only) – Their bounce house/ water slides have a 90 day limited warranty.
Blower replacement – Their blowers have a one year manufacturer warranty. Please follow instructions to reset the blower or change to a different outlet to restart the blower.
Product service after warranty period is over – The manufacturer will not replace items after the warranty period because their lab testing has shown this to be the most reasonable period for these products.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
They accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through their website.
They also accept payment through PayPal, as well as money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks (10- to 14-day holding period to clear).
If you’d like to pay via check or money order, please contact them and they will email you instructions on how to do so.
