What should I do if my items are missing?

• If an item is missing from your case, please contact them within 45 days of receiving your order.

• Multiple shipments may be required to complete your order, and each tracking email you receive will include a detailed list of the goods. To determine if your entire order has been shipped, refer to the detailed listings in your order confirmation email and tracking email. Items not listed will be shipped separately. • They are currently shipping to all of the United States (including its territories and post office boxes) and all of Canada. they also deliver to military bases with APO, FPO, or DPO shipping addresses. • Keep in mind that they ship in bulk, and you may receive a tracking email at a different time of the month (even if you usually receive a tracking email at a particular time). Prepaid boxes begin processing on the first day of each new moon.
