How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Your box will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days from the date your order bills. Here's a quick guide to their order and delivery timeline:
Your order will be packed with the optimal amount of dry ice so that your meat arrives cold.
Your order will ship 1-2 days from the date you place it (or 1-2 days after the date your order bills for recurring boxes).
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also sign up for SMS notifications at butcherbox.com/sms.
Most orders are delivered 1-2 days after they ship. Their carriers typically deliver between 8-8pm, with a small number of deliveries occurring outside of those hours. Check your tracking information to follow your order!
What are the non-refundable conditions?
Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to their terms and conditions.
Late delivery due to incorrect address.
Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied with it?
Sure. If you're not completely satisfied with your ButcherBox for a reason covered under their policy, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. They'll happily review your order and offer an appropriate resolution.
Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund.
Since they're not able to physically assess the product, they may ask that you provide photos of the product label and damage reported.

Can I make any changes to my next order?
They want to make sure your ButcherBox subscription works for you and your needs, so there are lots of options available for you to customize and modify.
You can make changes to your box at any time before your bill date.
If your box already billed, even if you haven’t received it yet, changes you make will be reflected on your next box—not the one you are about to receive
