Can they get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. All of this information can be found in the terms and conditions displayed before purchase. In addition, single and round trip tickets are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, so if your travel plans change, you can do this at your leisure.

At what age does their child qualify for the discount?

All children aged 16 and under (traveling with adults) must purchase a ticket to travel. Child fare discounts for up to three children aged 16 and under for each purchase of an adult fare. If more than three children travel with one adult, each child thereafter shall pay the full fare. Passengers will be charged full price for adults, including children, when purchasing tickets directly from the driver (on foot) because their driver cannot modify the ticket type. That's why they encourage passengers to buy tickets online whenever possible.

Do they recommend travel insurance?

They recommend buying a travel protection plan to protect you and your travel investments. For your convenience, they offer a travel protection plan through The Thomas Cook Insurance Service. To qualify for the original illness exemption, you must purchase the plan within 15 days of paying the initial travel deposit and a non-refundable advance or deposit. If a premium is purchased, the premium will be refunded within the 15-day review period unless you have filed a claim or embarked on a trip.

If their flight is delayed or cancelled, can they use their ticket on another date or at another time?

For planning purposes, when booking a bus ticket online, you may be prompted to select an expected travel date and time. However, due to the unpredictability of airline and train connections, one-way and round-trip tickets can be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.
