My return has been delivered,which will I get my refund?

• Once your return package has been delivered to their Fulfilment Centre in California, they'll process it as quicky as we can. They're usually able to process most returns within 72 hours of them arriving.

• Once your package has been processed, they'll refund you for the items you returned and you'll receive a credit memo email notification.

My return request was approved, what do I do now?

• As soon as they 've approved your Return Request, they'll send you an email updating you. If you're a US-based customer, your email will also contain a PDF attachment with your pre-paid shipping label and a packing slip with the items approved for your return.

• For their Canadian Customers, your email will contain a packing slip only as they're currently unable to offer pre-paid returns in your region.  You will need to print these off and affix the shipping label to the front of your package and make sure your packing slip is included inside.

I submitted my return request , what happens now?

• Once your return request has been submitted, you'll receive an email confirmation to let you know they've received your return request. They'll then run a few checks to make sure your request is within their Return Guidelines. 

• They're able to approve most orders automatically but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours after  submission. In the unlikely event that they're unable to authorize your return, someone from their Customer Service team will email you to help resolve any issues.

What is their shipping policy?

• For orders below $100, our standard shipping is $7.95. This applies only to orders shipped with the United States of America.

• Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, however during peak Holiday and Sale times they may need extra time to prepare and package your order.

• As soon as they've shipped your order, they'll send you an email with your tracking information and a link to follow your order as it makes its way to you.  

• Please note they only ship on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States).
