Generali Global Assistance travel insurance is available for an additional 6.95% of the total booking value. This plan is optional, but it is strongly recommended that you protect your rent if you need to cancel for covered reasons. What is their rental policy?

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST. During peak season, your rental apartment/home may not be available for occupancy until 6:00pm CST. thank you very much for your patience. Check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.

• An adult over the age of 25 must never have more than two children, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, and will never book or use a rental apartment/house for holiday students or singles under the age of 25.

• Final rent is the balance of rent, taxes and other charges associated with the reservation. Final payment due dates may vary depending on the rental apartment/house selected and are provided at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable from the payment due date.

• All bookings are subject to a one-time non-refundable booking processing fee.
