Can I make a return at Cosmedix?

• COSMEDIX stands by their products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it within 30 days of shipment date. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Return labels are not included. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another/other COSMEDIX product(s). Only products purchased on cosmedix.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, they suggest that returns be mailed via FedEx or another insured and trackable parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground shipping usually take 5 to 7 business days to be received before they can be processed.

How can I make a return at Cosmedix?

• Please be sure to include the packing slip inside your return package. If you do not have your packing slip, please use your order invoice as a substitute (contact customer service if you need help finding this number).

• Please provide the reason for your return/exchange on your packing slip or order invoice.

• Please note: Only products purchased directly from their website may be returned for refund or exchange.

• If you are returning a bundle, all items must be returned together in order to receive a refund.

What should I do if my products are damaged?

If significant damage has occurred to the item in your shipment, or if any of the items you received are not the items you ordered, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged or incorrect items for inspection by the carrier.

How long can I get my orders at Cosmedix?

• Cosmedix shipping is limited to the United States at this time. Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped in 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. 

• EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Service are not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that they're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.

Why are some products occasionally not available or on back order?

They make every attempt to ensure products sold on cosmedix.com are in stock at all times. If an item is labeled temporarily out of stock, they expect to have the item back in stock in the near future.

What if one of Cosmedix professional products was used on me by a skin care professional, and i have questions about the treatment they provided or the products they recommended?

Individual experiences may differ based on skin type. They ask that you please refer all post-treatment questions to the skincare professional that performed your procedure.
