Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Just use the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. If you don't see the Edit/Cancel option, your order may have shipped.
What is their return policy?
If you want to return any item, whether for a refund or exchange, you will need to request it through their returns system. Please do not send any items back to them until you have completed your return request and obtained a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an "RA Number" will not be processed. Any returns must be in resaleable condition and in original packaging. Once they approve your return, they will send you an RA reference detailing where to send your order and what to expect next. When they receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange. They may contact you to discuss options if you ask for an exchange to confirm the product you want. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size, they may ask you for a photo.

All of their products are made to order, so as soon as they receive your order, they will start production. It may take 1-2 days to complete, then they will pack and ship.
