You can usually see the location of any registered device within 10 feet (although it does depend on your phone, your internet connection, and where you are).

What is their refund policy?

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription and request a refund within the first 24 hours of joining the service, your initial subscription fee will be refunded to you in full. Please note, however, that if the application is already installed on the device, your right to a refund will not be valid. All subscription features will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation of the service. If a subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled renewal date, the account will be charged for the next subscription period. In this case, your service will continue until the next payment is due, at which time the service will end.
