What can I notice when choosing products?
Based on the Paid Services you select, you may receive recurring shipments of a single type of coffee (Auto-Reorder) or you may receive a rotating selection coffees from among the current and future range of Trade’s coffee catalog (The Hookup or The Classics).

What is the pricing policy?
As such, if you purchase a Subscription, until such time as you terminate your Subscription in accordance with the directions on this Application, you hereby authorize, agree and assent to Trade automatically billing your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts that are due.
Your non-termination of a Subscription reaffirms that they are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Subscription. They may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges.
This does not waive their right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially selected to sign up for the Subscription.
As part of this recurring Subscription, you will be charged the price listed on Trade’s website, for each coffee in your order, at the time each coffee is shipped.
What can I learn about the order process?
After you place your order, their roasters will roast your coffee according to their individual roasting schedules. Each roaster's schedule is displayed on the coffee's description page.
They'll send an email with a tracking link as soon as their roasters begin working on your order. Once roasted, your coffee will be shipped out within 24 hours via USPS Priority. From there, your coffee will spend about 2-5 business days in transit to your home.
What can I learn about the shipping process?
Their roasters ship coffee directly from their roasting facility to your home for optimal freshness. This means that items purchased from different roasters as part of the same order will ship separately.
You will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number once the roaster has gotten to work on your order - you can also track your orders by going to My Orders and clicking Track.
Please note that roasters have individual roasting schedules and many do not roast over the weekend. In all cases, however, roasters will ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. From there, most coffee takes 2-5 business days to be delivered.
What if my order hasn't arrived after the scheduled delivery date?
With major carriers like USPS, some orders may get marked delivered early that end up arriving a day or two later. However, if you order hasn't arrived within 48 hours after the scheduled delivery date, reach out to their Customer Experience Team via chat on their homepage, email ([email protected]), or phone 1(888) 252-8691 from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
