Can I track my order?

Yes. If you have an account with them, you may login and view any order that you have placed. If you do not have an account with them, you may still view your order here. They will provide you with an order status if your item hasn't shipped or a tracking number if it has been shipped.

How can I change my order?

• You will need to call them immediately at 866-538-6427 (573-443-2565, if calling from outside the US), submit the online Order Change/Request form, or send an email to [email protected] to change your order. 

• If the order has been shipped, they cannot make any changes to your order. If you need to change your shipping address and your order has been shipped, you may be subject to additional shipping fees.

How long does shipping take?

Generally, orders ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise notified at checkout. Within the US, shipments should deliver within 1-6 btheminess days after it leaves their facility. If an item you have ordered is on backorder, you will be notified during checkout and by email.

How long can I receive my refund?

• Once they receive your returned shipment, it is processed within 1-3 btheminess days.

•  If you are expecting a refund, please allow 3-5 btheminess days for the credit to post to your account. If you chose to receive your refund in the form of a Dungarees e-gift card, your e-gift card will be emailed within 24 hours of processing your return.

Why can I not upgrade shipping?

• If you are unable to upgrade shipping during checkout, they may be currently sold out of one or more of the items on your order, in which case they are unable to upgrade shipping. 

• In this instance, your order will ship out in 2-6 btheminess days. Other circumstances -- like an unrecognized address or special shipping requirements for the item you are purchasing -- may also limit your upgraded shipping options. In cases like this, it's best to contact a cthemtomer service representative for additional information.

What if the item is defective?

The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items mthemt be authorized by a Dungarees cthemtomer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.

Can I return a Factory 2nd?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with a Factory 2nd upon delivery, you can return it within 90 days, as long as it's in new, unwashed, and resaleable condition with its original manufacturer's tags attached. 

Why my emails is needed?

They ask for your email address in order to send you a confirmation and order summary, as well as shipping information and updates. They also theme this as the primary form of contact if there are any issues with your order. They do not sell any of your information and will only theme your email to send you order updates. If you do not sign up for their email list, they will not send you promotional emails.
