How long can I get my refunds at EnerHealth Botanicals?

EnerHealth Botanicals will issue refunds for unused & unopened products returned within 45 days from purchase. Upon receipt and approval of returned items, a credit will be issued.  Credits will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 45 days. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned orders unless otherwise agreed upon. They do not refund shipping charges. If you receive the wrong product or items in your order, they will replace at no cost. Clearance Sale and Closeout Sale items (30-50% off items) are not returnable.

Can I make a return at EnerHealth Botanicals?

Yes, you can return the orders within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to protect their employees and their customers from any additional risk to COVID-19, they have made the decision to temporarily change their return policy.
