What kind of safety and quality control procedures do you have in place for your products?

All of their products go through the following procedure during manufacture to ensure they are both safe and precisely what you see written on the label.

Can their protein powders help me lose weight?

Their powders are ‘nutrient dense’, meaning the amount of nutrition you get per calorie is high, which can be beneficial if you are cutting calories to lose weight. A high protein diet can also reduce appetite and help you avoid snacking between meals, helping you achieve your weight loss goals.

When can they use the nutrition?

It depends on your goal. Achieving your life and health goals is easier with the right nutrition, select your goal from active lifestyle, build muscle, perform, cognitive support and recover.

How long will it take?

• To UK – 1-3 Days, free for orders over £40 | £5 for orders under £40. All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 next day service.

• To Europe (EU)-7-10 Days with customs. All their EU orders are shipped with duties and import taxes paid so there is nothing to pay on receipt. Please note however, due to Brexit there are currently occasional delays of up to 7-10 days with customs. For details please refer to shipping page. 

• All US orders are shipped by tracked service. Please note they are unable to ship to a PO BOX and APO address.

What credit cards to you accept?

They accept all major credit cards including American Express.

Can I use my PO BOX for the delivery address?

No, as they can’t ship to a PO BOX in the US from outside of the country or with a parcel courier.

How does the subscription work?

Once you have signed up to the subscription, your subscription will be renewed automatically monthly and it will be sent out to you on the same date every month. 

Do I get free shipping if I sign up to a subscription?

Shipping is always free above £40. Orders below £40 will be charged £5.
