Does Foster Grant provide a warranty?
- Repair or replacement shall be limited to the style and color of the product available at the time of repair or replacement. Any repaired or replaced product shall remain subject to the original warranty from the original purchase date, and any repair or replacement shall not in any way extend the original warranty period or initiate a new warranty period. Claims must be accompanied by the following information to ensure proper processing: order number, return contact information (name, address, phone, email), a short note detailing what went wrong with the product and how it happened, and a photo of the defect.
- FGX will not be liable for damage caused by improper or non-receipt of the shipment. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process claims. FGX will pay shipping costs for repair or replacement of the product to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Can I cancel my orders at Foster Grant?
Once an order is placed, they cannot cancel or change it. Once you have received the package, you can return it to them free of charge and will receive a full refund.
Can I make a return at Foster Grant?

How can I make a return at Foster Grant?
Contact customer Service by phone or email to initiate a refund or replacement (customer must provide reason for replacement).
If the return is accepted, either a refund will be issued at the purchase price of the product or the exchange item will be shipped out, depending on your return preference. Shipping is non-refundable.

Items purchased in the "buy one get one free" promotion are treated as a pair, with one item being the purchased item and the other being the free item.
If two items of a BOGO item are returned for a refund at the same time, the full amount of the purchase will be returned to the original form of payment. If only one item in BOGO is returned for a refund, the original price (minus the original shipping cost) will be split equally between the two items.
Items purchased from BOGO are eligible to be returned to the exchange if their value is equal to or less than the original price. The full price difference between the original item and the new item will be refunded or charged on the original payment terms.
