What is FragranceShop return policy?
They want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return or exchange that order, a shipping charge of $6.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund if the order total falls below $95.
