When will my credit card be billed?

If you've used a credit card as your method of payment, your financial institution will receive the charge within 1 hour of the order being placed. For orders placed using PayPal or Amazon payment methods, you will be billed according to their methods of payment.

I need my order by a certain date. What can I do?

If you have a time limit on when you need your order, please contact a customer service rep immediately. They are available 9AM-6PM EST Monday through Friday or send them an email at [email protected]. Usually, we'll be able to get it out on time but you might have to pay to have your order's shipping expedited. It's important that you let them know as soon as possible so they can get your order done for you on time and without having to pay for extra shipping.

What should I do if I receive damaged products?

If your item was damaged during shipping, a Customer Service Representative will help to process the return of your damaged item so that they can get a new one out to you as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied 100% with your purchase, you can ship any item(s) you want to return back to them for a full refund minus shipping charges. Unless damaged during shipping, all items returned must be received in resellable condition to process a refund. Any prints or finished items returned that are broken, ripped, bent or stained cannot be processed for a refund.

How much refunds can I get?

• In order to return any item, you are REQUIRED to contact them for a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) so that they know they can track your package and properly issue you any credits needed for your returned products.

• If you have decided to return a product to FramedArt.com, you are responsible for getting insurance for the full purchase price of the product with the mail carrier of your choice when you ship it. If the item is damaged during transit and does not have insurance, FramedArt.com cannot issue a refund for the item that were returned. 

What payment methods can I use at checkout?

FramedArt.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. They also accept PayPal and Amazon Payments.

Does Framed Art insure my order?

Each order placed at FramedArt.com is insured when it is shipped. If something happens to your order during transit and it arrives damaged, please let them know as soon as possible so that they can send you a replacement.

What sort of packaging does Framed Art use?

They want your art to look just as good when it reaches your door as it does when it leaves their facility. This is why they use different packaging materials for each piece based on its size and fragility. Packing can include layers of bubble wrap, plastic wrap and cardboard around each piece of artwork to ensure that it arrives undamaged.
