What is the shipping policy?

• They offer free standard U.S. domestic shipping. Their shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method you select. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and ship.

• If the recipient refuses the package or package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping fee and processing charge of $20.00 minimum will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to them.

What is the return policy?

• They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original amount of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling fees), minus a 20% restocking fee. Geneverse is not responsible for the costs of the return. 

How long will the HomePower ONE last?

• The HomePower ONE will hold the charge for a minimum of one year after it's fully charged. They recommend using and recharging it every 6 months as the best practice to keep the product in good condition.

• After 500 full cycles of recharging (from 0% to 100%), the battery will still be holding at least 80% of its original capacity.
