Can I make a replacement?

• They do not offer any warranties, nor do they offer replacements for wear and tear or damages from standard use. Unopened and unused products purchased on the Rocketbook website may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase. 

• They also offer replacements for manufacturer's defects and items damaged in shipment, as determined by their support team. 

• If you believe you have received a defective product and may be eligible for a replacement, please contact their team via email at [email protected]. Images of any defects and proof of purchase will be required.

How can I track my order?

• After your order has been packaged and sent out, you'll receive an email containing shipping confirmation and a tracking number. All US orders are shipped via USPS, your confirmation email will link directly to the USPS tracking portal, but you can also enter your tracking number.

• Unfortunately, they do not have control over the USPS shipping times, so you may experience delays due to COVID-19 and holiday seasonality. While they can't control the USPS's delivery time, they can assure you that they are doing everything they can. Head here for more information on USPS shipment tracking.

How can I rerurn or exchange my order?

• They do not allow for exchanges to be made for orders made on getrocketbook.com. However, any unopened and unused products purchased on the Rocketbook website may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase.

• Orders not made on getrocketbook.com must be returned directly to the seller, and will not be accepted by them directly. 

• Please note that larger unit count returns may incur a restocking fee at the discretion of Rocketbook.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

After they process your package, it is sent to the USPS for shipping. While they can't control the USPS's delivery time, they can assure you that they are doing everything they can.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

• Their quality assurance team work tirelessly to make certain any Rocketbook product that leaves their warehouse is up to their standards. That said, sometimes mistakes can slip through the cracks, or products can become damaged in transit. 

• If you, for whatever reason, are to receive a damaged or defective product, please contact their team at [email protected], and they will be happy to do whatever it takes to set things right!

Can I print custom templates on Rocketbook Filler Paper?

They do not recommend running your Rocketbook Filler Paper through inkjet or laser printers. Doing so will run the risk of permanently damaging your Filler Paper and printer. They do for sure see how beneficial this sort of addition could be, and is something they are looking into for future product developments!
