What is the return policy?

• To request a refund or replacement send an email to [email protected] with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 10 days of when you receive your product. 

• They may require proof of purchase if they can’t verify your order. If needed they will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live. 

• If the product you received expires within 3 months, was damaged in transit and is no longer drinkable, or is otherwise defective, they will replace it with a similar version of the product at no cost to you.

What can I learn about the caancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription to Products offered through the Service at any time. If there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by Som Friends, Inc. Should you cancel before the second shipment, your card on file will be charged the difference between the regular and discounted subscription price.

What can I learn about the payment policy?

• All payments through the Service are processed using a third-party processor. You acknowledge that Som Friends, Inc. is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third-party processor. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment. 

• The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the third-party processor in addition to the Terms here. 

• For Subscriptions, Som Sleep does not store any of your credit card information. Your credit card information is processed and securely stored by a third-party processor. If your payment details change, your card provider may provide the third-party processor with updated card details.

Where do you ship?

Som currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. If you'd like to #GetSom shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or an APO/FPO address, you can place your order in their Amazon Store.

How much does shipping cost?

They have good news. Economy shipping is free for all regular orders! For trials, they charge $5 for shipping & handling. If you need your shipment a little bit sooner, they also offer standard shipping for $10 and priority shipping for a flat rate of $25.
