My package has been returned to sender. What happens next?
Their courier will make three attempts at delivery before marking a parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable it will be returned to their warehouse.
After they’ve received your returned parcel they will then process a refund to the original account used to purchase the item(s).
What carriers can get support on REDMAGIC phones?
To find out if your carrier can get service on a REDMAGIC device, please see connectivity bands on the specs page for REDMAGIC 3, REDMAGIC 3S and REDMAGIC 5G.
Additionally, you can use a third-party website to check out coverage with different carriers in your country.
How can I cancel my order?
You can contact their customer service to cancel your order.
However, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and shipped. You may refuse the parcel upon delivery or make a return request. They will issue a refund once they have inspected and received your parcel.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed you will not be able to make changes without canceling and making a new order. Please make sure to double check before confirming your order.
What is the price in my location’s currency?
Currently, their webstore can only offer prices in USD, GBP and EUR. Sorry about that.
While they do not charge conversion fees, please be aware that some banks might include a transaction fee for converting your currency into USD/GBP/EUR.
When will I receive my refund after returning my device?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain [email protected]amount of days.
The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
- If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
