What is shipping policy?

• There is a processing time before an order is shipped. Processing time differs from product to product. Popular styles ordered by 11PM PST, they'll ship the same day, most styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or personalized orders may take 3-5 working days. During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.

• Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Gnoce cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, but please be assured that Gnoce will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

What is return policy?

• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

• The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

• When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

• For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

• Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not their return address and will affect the processing of your return.

What should I do if I can't receive my parcel?

You can email their customer service directly and show your tracking number, and then they will check it for you. Supposing that they are sure the parcel was lost indeed, they will arrange a new delivery or refund. However, if the items were lost because you offered them incorrect address information, you should be responsible for the loss.
