When will my order be shipped?

• Orders are shipped out Monday thru Friday. 

• Tracking information for your order will be sent upon shipment.

• International orders take 5-10 business days to arrive.  VAT is paid for up front for smoother item delivery experience.

• Custom engraved parts are made and shipped out each Friday. These will be shipped separate from your other items purchased.

• Apparel is made fresh on the press when you order! Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive any apparel items.

What should I do if I don't receive my orders?

• If you received an order with a missing or broken part, please:

• Take a picture of part

• Send request to [email protected] and reference order#

• They will send out a replacement free of charge. 

• Receive the wrong item? Let them know what is missing!

Can I cancel my order?

They ship items daily M-F. Orders cannot be cancelled due to their fulfillment process. If you receive an order you placed by mistake, send it back to them for a full refund.

Can I return sale items?

Apparel sales are final. Their apparel is made Fresh on the Press. That means each item is uniquely made to the style and size you ordered through a third party. They do not allow them to return items for size exchanges. Returns for apparel must show that item came defective or wrong size.

Are these legal where I live?

• Their toy models abide by the laws including New Jersey, New York, Chicago and California.

• They are collectibles and come with a display stand. They are non-firing die cast models, 1:3 scale sized from popular rifles. All barrels are closed with no way for any item to go through them.

• This being said, BE SMART AND TAKE CAUTION. NEVER take to an airport, school or public location. These models are to be treated as collectibles and kept in a safe place in residences.

What models eject (cycle) dummy rounds?

Current: 1911 and MCX models currently cycle rounds. Future: New models that come out may or may not have this capability depending on their ability. They do not anticipate making the AR15 cycle.

How big are they?

Sarge takes his 'Honey I shrunk the Guns' laser beam and accurately shrinks Rifles to 1:3 scale sized toy miniatures. This means anywhere from 8" to 14" in length. Their shortest is the TMS replica and the 1911, their largest is the Barrett .50 cal sniper. The 1911 model is 1:2.5 scale.

How to assemble?

Glad you asked. In each package they provide step-by-step instructions. They also have guides and videos online here. Most models take between 5-15 minutes to assemble.
