Why CBD is the best?

CBD is non-psychoactive. It can't get you stoned, so you can take CBD & feel improvements to your health, without any unwanted side effects. THC makes a direct bond with CB1 receptors, which is what allows it to be psychoactive (causing a high). CBD only makes an indirect bond with the same receptors, so it can impact the endocannabinoid system, but can't get you stoned. The indirect interaction that CBD has with endocannabinoid receptors is what gives it the potential to do so much good in the body- while, at the same time, preventing it from getting you high. 

Does CBD Show Up On A Drug Test?

If you work somewhere that does mandatory drug testing, you may be nervous about taking CBD, as it is a cannabinoid. Let's break down whether or not CBD could show up on a drug test:

• First of all, it's highly unlikely that a CBD product will make you test positive for marijuana. That includes multiple kinds of CBD products, like CBD edibles.

• If your workplace drug tests, it is very likely that they are testing for marijuana- but here's the catch- the test for marijuana use typically measures THC levels, not CBD levels. 

• Their full-spectrum products contain less than the federal legal limit of .3% THC, while our CBD isolate products contain no THC whatsoever.

What are the effects of CBD?

• The effects of CBD are entirely therapeutic, not recreational- CBD won't get you high or make you feel intoxicated at all. Instead, there are numerous studies on the potential therapeutic properties of CBD, and how it may be beneficial for dozens of illnesses. 

• The US government has only approved one medication made from CBD: it's called Epidiolex, a prescription version of CBD. It's only available to a very small number of people- Epidiolex has specifically been approved for use in patients with two forms of rare childhood epilepsy. The two forms of epilepsy, Dravet Syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, are especially severe, rare, intractable seizure disorders, which means they do not respond to traditional seizure medication. 

• For children with these rare diseases, having numerous dangerous, sometimes life-threatening, seizures a day can be the norm. In order to be approved to try Epidiolex, a patient must have tried at least 3 or 4 other epilepsy medications without success.
