Does Havelock Wool ship to Canada?
Yes. Havelock Wool can ship to Canada when you buy directly from us or you can contact one of Havelock Wool's Canadian distributors here.
How Do I Return the Blower?
Here are the simple steps to return the blower.
Step 1 - Reattach blower inside box (using supplied bolts).
Step 2 - Place the 2 additional hoses and all hose clamps into the box.
Step 3 - Replace lid and secure tabs.
Step 4 - Call Fedex for pick up @ 1 (800) 742-5877 a UPS return label is already attached to the outside of the box.
Step 5 - Email [email protected] to inform Havelock Wool you have sent it back.
How does shipping work for home insulation?
Small orders are shipped via parcel carrier and you will receive a tracking number.
For larger orders: Upon pickup, the carrier will affix a PRO # to the shipment and that PRO # will be how you will track the shipment while in transit. Havelock Wool will send you the shipment’s PRO # once your order leaves Havelock Wool's facility.
- Once shipped, your order will move through the carrier's network and on to the service center nearest to your location. This service center is commonly referred to as the "destination terminal".
- The delivery time the carrier will schedule with you will be a "window appointment" and not an exact time. You must have an adult on site during the scheduled window in order for the driver to make the delivery. If no adult is on site when the driver arrives, the driver will return the shipment to the destination terminal and the carrier will charge for "re-delivery" before the shipment is put back out for delivery to your residence.
How Do I change my delivery address once my order has shipped?
Unfortunately there can be no changes to delivery addresses once your order has shipped.
How does Havelock Wool ship the wool to me?
Havelock Wool ships via parcel carrier. NO PO Boxes, physical addresses are needed. They do not require a signature for delivery, please monitor your tracking. Havelock Wool is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered to the correct address.
What are current lead times to ship?
Residential blown-in ships within the posted lead times on the product page HERE. You will receive tracking information in a separate email when your order is ready to ship. Pickup in Reno is the same timeline.
The wool has a odor to it. How long does that last?
When opened the wool may have a pleasant barnyard smell. It will dissipate over a day or two. You can expedite this by opening and letting your bags of wool breathe for 24 hours before installing.

I didn't receive my whole order?
If you didn't receive all your packages please check your tracking information provided on your shipping confirmation email. Very often boxes are delivered on multiple trucks over 1-2 days.
