Does Hershesons offer free shipping?

• Yes. Order totals of £65 (£100 during sale periods) and over are eligible for complimentary shipping to the UK. Please select ‘Free Delivery (2-3 days)’ at the check-out. 

• Please note they are unable to amend the delivery service once the order has been placed. Gift voucher purchases are excluded.

• They do their best to estimate delivery times accurately and to deliver your goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. 

• However, Hershesons cannot guarantee delivery times, which are indicative and for your information only.

What is the next day delivery?

• Delivery to the UK Mainland will be a next working day insured express courier service. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.

• Signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date. 

• If not contacted, the courier will then attempt to deliver again the same day and the following day between 9-5pm without a specified time and unfortunately if still unsuccessful orders will be sent back to their warehouse and they would have to charge for re-delivery.

• The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which, they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the courier’s return carriage rates and later re-dispatch costs.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• They will deliver the product in accordance with the delivery option selected by you and in any case no later than 30 days. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

• Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Any delays that occur outside of our control, be that due to courier delays, Hershesons will not be held responsible. 

• Unfortunately they are not able to provide compensation for these outside errors.

What to do with the defective goods?

• If you are a consumer you have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable period of time. 

• Where replacement of faulty goods in no longer possible due to, for example to non-continuance of the product, returned defective products shall be refunded in full including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to them.
