Can I get a refund?

• If you purchase a new (first time) subscription no more than three (3) days before applying for a refund, and you download no more than five (5) images, they will refund your payment. 

• If you agree to a refund, you must delete all files downloaded from Clipart.com.cn from your computer. 

• There are no refunds for renewals or upgrades unless you decide to do so. Please read their Terms of Use for full details of their cancellation policy.

Are there any additional fee for my purchase?

• Yes. Clipart.com is a Canadian company, and some banks in other countries charge "foreign transaction" fees to customers who buy from them. 

• This fee is retained by the bank and not sent to Clipart.com. 

• Please contact your bank to confirm if you need to pay this additional fee.

Which software can I use to modify the images?

• If you want to use vector file formats (AI, EPS, WMF or PDF), you will need professional image editing software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. 

• Adobephotoshop can open EPS files of the size you specify so that you can further edit them. 

• There is also a free program called GIMP to meet your needs.

• If you search for image-editing software on Google, you'll find many other options.

Can I continue to use pictures after the subscription expires?

• Any images you download and use during the subscription will continue to be available after the subscription expires. 

• Any images you download should be deleted from your computer at that time according to their Terms of Use. Alternatively, you can update your account.
