Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to their website and track your order under "Account> My account> My orders".
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Here you can see how to track your order. If you require further tracking information, please contact them.
Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to them, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.
What are the conditions for returns and echanges?
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and uncut.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
How to start a return?
Initiate a return/exchange: when you return or exchange the goods, please E-mail them at [email protected] and let them know your order number. Their customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return/exchange request.
Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. Please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days after receiving the email.
Refund or exchange: when they receive your return/exchange, they will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 3-5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company.
It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact them at [email protected].
