How do I cancel or change my order?

• To cancel an order, simply contact them with the appropriate information and order number right away. They'll be glad to help you out. Most orders are shipped out within a few hours so it may be too late to cancel the order, but they work out a solution for you.

• Orders once submitted can not be changed so to make changes to an order, they would have to cancel the existing order (which will be refunded, of course) and you can then reorder with any changes you would like to make.

• If you would like to add products to an existing order that has already been submitted, you would have to add your products to a new, separate order.
