What should I know before returning a product?

• Returned products must arrive at the Company’s facility in the same condition they were in when originally shipped by the Company. 

• Subject to the Company’s warranty, absolutely no returns will be authorized on a Product which has been retained by the Buyer for more than 30 days from the date of the purchase order.

• Absolutely no returns will be authorized or accepted in respect of a Product for which the seal affixed to the Product has been broken.

Do they have product warranty?
Yes, they do.

• In the event that you purchase a Luuup Litter Box, Luuup Inc. warrants to you that your Luuup Litter Box will be free from defects that cause premature product failure (the “Warranty”).
• This Warranty commences on the date of delivery of your Luuup Litter Box and ends on the thirtieth day after the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

• Your sole and exclusive remedy, and Luuup Inc.’s sole and exclusive responsibility, under this Warranty will be to replace the defective Luuup Litter Box.

• A Warranty claim must be must be completed and submitted to their customer service team within the Warranty Period.
