ARA Master Watchmaker & Sons Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the warranty period for the watch?
All new watches come with a two year warranty. This warranty covers all parts and labour pertaining to manufacturer defects and mechanical problems. This warranty does not include problems related to abuse: cracked crystals, scratches, and broken crowns. This warranty is void if evidence of watch repair is done by another party outside of ARA. Vintage watches carry a one year warranty with the same terms mentioned above.
Why buy a watch from them?
Watches that come from the factory are not meticulously regulated. When you buy from a dealer instead of a master watchmaker, you may not be getting an accurate watch! Each watch they sell is built, inspected and regulated by them to ensure Quality Control! All watches come with a mechanical warranty.
