How fast will my order process?

• Here’s a cheat sheet of factors to consider when calculating your package’s ETo.

• Orders ship Monday through Friday. 

• They don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

• Orders placed before 12 pm ET will be shipped the same day. 

• They’ll get on it by the NEXT business day.Orders deliver by 8 pm (local time) to most addresses.

How do I make changes to megafood subscritions shipments?

• To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Edit Date’ button to the right of the next shipment date .

• Then select a new date for your shipment. This will change the shipment date for the entire shipment.

• To skip a MegaFood Subscriptions shipment, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Skip Shipment’ button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire shipment.

• To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section within your account. 

• The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a dropdown menu next to ‘Every.

• To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

How do I combine items in the same shipment?

• MegaFood Subscriptions items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. 

• If you have more than one subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of your account and change the next shipment dates to be the same. 

• Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

What can I learn about the payment policy?

• Payment is due prior to shipment of Products or receiving services. 

• Products and Services are obtained by adding them to your shopping “cart” and when you are ready to check out.

• you will be need to provide the required information specified, including with regard to your selection from available 

• payment methods and your shipping information. 

• A receipt will be emailed to the email address provided by you. Payments will be handled by one or more third party processors designated by them and you hereby agree to the use of such third party payment processors. 

• You may be required to leave our Site and go to the third party processor(s)’ sites.
