In the case of the exchange, if a new order costs less than $200 or more than the original price, there will be a $15 shipping charge. For international orders, full freight will be due.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Moissanite?

• They recommend shipping through the United States post Office. Expedited shipping options offer affordable prices. The post office will also insure priority and express mail for up to $5,000 and registered mail for up to $25,000.

• If you choose to ship the jewelry directly through UPS, the insurance limit is $500. Fedex offers a $1,000 insurance limit on jewelry.

• Do not write "jewelry," "Mosaic," "diamond," "gem," "gold," or any similar words on the outside of the box, including the return label.

• Ship in boxes. Stuffing envelopes is often not enough because they do not prevent items from being crushed.

• Put the jewelry in the ring box, preferably in the Mosans they shipped in. Otherwise, please include some type of "stuffing" that prevents items from moving freely inside the box during transportation

How to make a return at Moissanite?

• Get the return Authorization number: Click here to access the RMA form. Please fill in the form and you will receive a reply within 1-2 business days. Please plan accordingly.

• Note that if the request is received on the day the return policy expires, there will most likely not be enough time to complete the return.

• In order to cancel an order, they must be contacted by email or via the RMA form link at the top of the page. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom design and CAD fees are non-refundable (even if the custom design order is cancelled before completion). For prepaid orders, if cancelled more than 30 days after the down payment, there will be a 10% withdrawal charge (10% of the total, no payment).

• If the delivery is rejected, all costs incurred for the return of the delivery will be deducted from the refund (Please note: If it is an international package, their fedex discount rate is one-way, which can be very expensive, and if there are any tariffs paid by fedex, they will also be deducted from the refund.)

Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Once your order has been processed, packed and picked up by fedex, they will email a tracking number to the email address provided. they will also update your order history with a tracking number.
