What are the United States shipping methods and rates?

• Orders made at natura.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Their standard shipping carrier is USPS.

• Please note that estimated delivery days apply to in stock items only.

• They do their best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. But, for the most updated information about your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package online.

• Natura currently uses USPS for First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express shipping services and UPS for Standard Shipping. Orders will be processed on business days only.

• They will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least 70% full and received within 30 days of initial purchase made at www.naturabrasil.com.

• For return of products made online, contact customer services at [email protected], and provide order number, date of purchase, which item you wish to return, and if it has been used or not.

• Once the eligibility of return is confirmed, their customer service team members will send you a return shipping label. Proceed with the shipment of the item with the label provided.

• You will receive a refund once they get the products back to their warehouse.

• Please note that the refund will be made on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges, and that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

• Purchases of gift cards (physical or e-gift cards) and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
