How long do I have to return?

• They hope you love everything you buy from them, but if you want to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, then they’re fine with that too.

• If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:

• You can return any item within 28 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts. 

• Sale items purchased in-store are eligible for an exchange only.

What is the intenational shipping policy?

• Many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to worldwide destinations may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. 

• These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. 

• You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. 

• You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. 

• they recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.

How to start a return?

• It is free and easy to return your order. The fastest way to get a refund is to pop into store with your items and returns form. 

• If choosing a Royal Mail, Collect + or InPost return, you just need your order number and email address to create a return (see below). 

• Your dispatch note will not have a returns label, you'll need to create one online to return.

How to track my order?

• All you need to track your order is your order number and the email address you used to place the order. 

• For Click & Collect orders and Collect+ you will receive email updates when your parcel is dispatched, and when it has arrived in your chosen store.

• Please avoid making the journey to collect until you have received your 'Awaiting Collection' email.

• For Royal Mail standard deliveries (UK and Channel Islands only) you will also receive a text 2 days before delivery to advise on your exact delivery date and will be provided with a 4 hour delivery window.

Does Newlook offer student discount? How to use it?

• Yes. Student discount cannot be used on sale, discounted or branded items.

• To claim your discount in store, present your valid student photo ID card at the till when you are paying.

• Student discounts are not valid on sale items or items with a promotional discount already applied. 

• Student discount will not apply to non-New Look/concession items unless specifically stated.
