Can I make a return at Parisa Wang?

• They hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please sign a return agreement within 20 days of the completion of the order (upon receipt of the order) and you can return the original tag and box of the item to them for a refund.

• To make a return, please click here and provide your order number and reason for return to get your shipping label and help them improve. They will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and send the item back to them. Once the item is received, a refund will be automatically deducted with a flat rate $8- $12 USPS back shipping label.

• Parisa Wang will also provide material and workmanship defects for all bags they buy on the website. If their products are defective in material or process, they will replace them free of charge!

Can I make an exchange at Parisa Wang?

• To facilitate your full price purchase of the exchange, please click here to get a return shipping label and note the comments you want to start the exchange. You can redeem the order within 15 days of completion (when you receive the order). Your original order must be mailed to them within this redemption period. Late receipt will not be accepted.

• Please email [email protected] with the exchange request and include your original order number. It will take 24-48 hours to process your return. After that, your order will be returned to you immediately!

Does Parisa Wang provide a warranty?

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, all full price Parisa Wang handbags are subject to a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). For any manufacturing defects within this period, they will replace them free of charge with the same or comparable product (they apologize!). Defective handbags, small leather goods will not be returned to customers. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping defective products to them for repair or replacement.

• If you reject your order, or any part of it, without their authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

What are refused packages?

If the customer decides to refuse to deliver the package based on the customs duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs, they will deduct a $50 fee for the rejected order. This fee includes international UPS shipping and logistics back to them and the warehouse. If the order is returned to them due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if no one claims it, all re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
