What is the shipping policy?

• They're working hard to ship your packages quickly. 

• In order to offer you the most economical and efficient shipping, international orders are shipped with one of these carriers: UPS, FedEx, and DHL. 

• The appropriate carrier is selected based on your location and the item(s) you are purchasing. 

• They here at PNW pay for the duties and import fees directly to the carrier, so there are no additional charges beyond the final checkout for you. 

How long will it take to delive my order?

• You want the free shipping for orders over $70, but are not sure what that means for getting your fresh gear.

• Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. 

• It can take longer if there are unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, but this is a pretty standard timeline!

• Standard shipping to the United Kingdom generally takes about 5 business days. 

• It can take a bit longer if there is a hold up at customs, but this is a pretty standard timeline!

What are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty Policy?

• PNW Components is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property. 

• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

• Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you.

Can I return a product that I'm not satisfied?

• Yes. They can accept new/unused devices within 30 days from the date of order refund or exchange on their website.

• Before sending, you just tell them your order number and what you want to return, they can give you an RMA number and a detailed description.
