What is their shipping policy?
They are happy to introduce zoom+ for some postal codes, which will be delivered on the same day. They are establishing this function nationwide, but it is only available in some transportation fields at present. When shopping, you may see zoom+ deliver on the same day on the product page and the cashier. If so, you are in one of their same day delivery areas, and you can choose to deliver on the same day. This delivery function is currently the only available expedited delivery function. They have temporarily suspended all other expedited delivery options in online checkout because the carrier's delay makes it impossible to guarantee the delivery date. They run each order through advanced shipping algorithms, and calculate the fastest shipping location and shipping method according to the availability of the warehouse. According to the estimated delivery date, they are processing orders from each warehouse in a fast and timely manner.
- For orders under $75, the unified freight of $6.99 applies. Orders over $75 can enjoy free economy class transportation.
- If your order does not meet the conditions of free delivery, any freight will be listed in the shopping cart and checkout period.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and any international address may charge additional freight. Some items of non-standard size, such as swimming pool slides, swimming pool kits, diving boards, handrails, etc., may not meet the conditions for free delivery.
What is their return policy?
Most goods can be returned for a refund within 30 days after shipment. The actual outbound transportation cost, return transportation cost and restocking fee may not be refunded. The article must be in its original state and the packaging must be accepted.
