My Pet is currently taking medication, is it safe to take alongside their product?

Their products are safe and have little to no side effects. That being said they always recommend you speak with your Vet regarding medications.

Do I have to dilute the product in 8 oz of water?

You do not have to dilute in water. The best way to administer the product is to mix in wet food or administer directly to the mouth.

What if undeliverable or refused packages?

Refused or undelivered orders will be refunded according to this policy, less all shipping and handling. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable postal address when placing the order. You have 365 Days from when your product was shipped to request a Return Merchandise Authorization for a refund. They do not issue RMA numbers past this 1 year period.  

How can I return my order?

• Send an email to [email protected] with your completed RMA. Your RMA number is your order number.

• In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all the return items along with the RMA form.

• To make this process as easy as possible, they request that once you send a package to them that you get the tracking information and email it to [email protected]. This is so they can verify if a package has been received and issue the refund promptly. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by their processing center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card / prepaid credit card will go back to the same card. If the card no longer exists you have to inform Pranapets before the refund is processed and they will issue a company check.
