How soon will points be added to my account?

Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

How can I update my credit card?

Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information.

I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.

How can I edit/cancel my reservation? Will I be charged?

• To Cancel: Click cancel and confirm (There is a reservation cancellation fee that varies by location).

• To Edit: Click edit and then select "Edit Reservation".  Next, make changes to your date and time.  Then select Prepay and Save. You will see an updated confirmation on a new page. You may also need to enter payment information (If you change the parking type or length of your reservation you will be charged/credited appropriately).  Check the terms and conditions box. Select Create Reservation (You will not be double charged, you will be either refunded or charged the difference of the original reservation). 

• Reservations using points cannot be edited. Please call or click "Ask a Question" in the Contact Them box for assistance. You also can not edit your reservation once the start time has passed.

How can I redeem points?

• The best way to redeem points is as a method of payment during the prepaid reservation process. After logging into your account, click the Reservations tab. When you reach the Payment Information page, you will be given the option to use points as a method of payment. The system will accept a split payment between Frequent Parker points and a credit card, so you do not have to have enough points to pay for the entire reservation.

• Alternatively, you can redeem points for an award voucher- Log in to your Frequent Parker account, and click the Award Center tab. The webpage that opens will show the available redemption options and points required.
